The General Terms and Conditions will apply to all sales of goods and services by S.C. PLATINUM CASINO S.R.L. via the online store PLATINUMCASINO.RO or by phone to 0724.343.444. The law applicable to the contract is that of the Romanian state. This section defines any contract under which the Seller, S.C. PLATINUM CASINO S.R.L., transfers or undertakes to transfer ownership of the products to the consumer and the consumer pays or undertakes to pay their price. Use of this site implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions below. Product Information. The products marketed through the PLATINUMCASINO.RO site are new and at the moment of delivery they are accompanied by a tax invoice, according to the legislation in force. S.C. PLATINUM CASINO S.R.L. may publish on the site information about the goods and / or services and / or promotions practiced by it or any third party with which it has concluded partnership contracts within a certain period of time and within the available stock limit. The products are offered in compliance with the provisions concluded at the time of order registration and within the available stock limit. For this reason, S.C. Article 10 - In the event of lack of conformity, the consumer is entitled to require the seller to bring the product to conformity, without payment, repair or replacement, according to art. 11, or benefit from the appropriate reduction of the price or the rescission of the contract by depriving this product, under the conditions of art. 13 and 14. Article 11 - (1) In the event of lack of conformity, the consumer shall have the right to require the seller first of all to repair the product or have the right to request the replacement of the product in each case without payment, unless the measure is impossible or disproportionate. A remedy shall be considered disproportionate if it imposes on the seller costs which are unreasonable in comparison with the other remedy, taking into account: · The value of the products if there was no lack of conformity; · The importance of lack of compliance; · If the other remedy could be achieved without significant consumer inconvenience. (3) A remedy shall be considered as impossible if the seller can not provide identical replacement products or spare parts for repair, including due to lack of equipment or related technology. Any repair or replacement of the products shall take place within a reasonable period of time agreed by the seller and the consumer in writing without any significant inconvenience to the consumer taking into account the nature of the products and the purpose for which he requested the products. (4), without significant consumer inconvenience. Article 14 - The consumer is not entitled to request the termination of the contract if the lack of conformity is minor. " III. Command The buyer can place orders on the site by adding the desired products to the shopping cart and then complete the order by committing to payment by one of the express ways indicated. Once added to the shopping cart, a product is available for purchase to the extent that there is a stock available for that. Adding a product to the shopping cart, in the absence of order completion, does not entail the registration of an order, or the automatic reservation of the product. Livrarea Deliveries are delivered by express courier to one of our partners. VI. Returning products. By receiving the parcel and paying the equivalent value,the consumer has acknowledged and accepts the following contractual conditions: Vendor identification data of S.C. The rights and obligations of the consumer are those provided in O.U.G. no. 34/2014 on consumer rights and in Law 449/2003 on the sale of products and associated guarantees. If you withdraw, we will reimburse any amount we have received from you, except for shipping costs, without undue delay, and in any case not later than 14 days from the date we are informed of the decision to return those products. We will perform this refund in two ways: a. Whether by "Postal Mandate" - the money will be reimbursed within 5-7 days of receipt of return products. b. PLATINUM CASINO S.R.L. reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they can not be honored for reasons beyond S.C. PLATINUM CASINO S.R.L., including: fires, explosions, floods, extreme weather conditions, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, uprisings, civil disturbances or other impediments of force majeure in accordance with the Romanian law. If, within 15 (fifteen) days of its occurrence, that event does not cease, each party shall have the right to notify the other party of the termination of the Contract without one of them being able to claim the other damages. XI. Compensation Any dispute between users and S.C. PLATINUM CASINO S.R.L. will be resolved amicably. If the conflict has not been settled amicably, jurisdiction lies with the Romanian courts.
